摘要

职业发展路径和对员工工作绩效的监督是员工人力资源管理的主要内容,是根据员工的才能和能力来改善员工的职业发展,使其为公司发挥最佳作用的过程。在品思管理员工职业道路的过程中,很多员工不符合职业发展的要求,从而阻碍了员工职业道路的发展。针对这些问题,运用原型法对职业生涯层次的员工绩效进行管理。通过这种方法,期望能更好、更容易地促进员工绩效评估的过程。本研究的结果,希望能够帮助和促进员工职业生涯路径的管理,以期提高公司员工的绩效。
