Furthermore, considering the peculiarities of carbon peak, carbon-neutral in Hunan Province, several different suggestions which come from the aspects of industry energy structure adjustment, innovation of production and supply mode, construction of green smart grid, and optimization of market pricing mechanism were provided. 摘要

本文首次对湖南省碳排放与经济发展的关系进行了系数分析,并对湖南省碳排放与GDP敏感性进行了预测分析。然后,对能源消费结构、产业结构与技术创新能力之间的相关性进行了分析。并结合湖南省碳峰值、碳中和的特点,从产业能源结构调整、生产供给模式创新、绿色智能电网建设、优化市场定价机制等方面提出了不同的建议。最后,提出了湖南省碳峰值前电力平衡与保障措施以及碳峰值后电力系统碳减排发展措施。
