This research is a laboratory experiment using posttest randomized controlled group design with posttest randomized control design with 8 treatment groups consisting of 5 test animals. Group 1 (normal control). group 2 (negative control) was given a NaCC Na suspension of 0.5% w / v. Group 3 positive (simvastatin suspension) and (metformin suspension). Group 4 was given EEDS 150 mg / kg BW. Group 5 was given EEDPW 600 mg / kg BW. Group 6 was given a combination of (I) EEDS, EEDPW 150 + 600 mg / kg BW. Group 7 was given a combination of (II) EEDS, EEDPW 75 + 300 mg / kg BW. The results showed that; there is a secondary metabolite compound in soursop leaf extract and pandan wangi, EEDS combination, EEDPW can decrease total cholesterol and blood glucose level, the most effective dose in decreasing the concentration of soursop leaves leaf sole 150 mg / kg BW. While the most effective dose is a combination (II) EEDS and EEDPW with a dose of 75 + 300 mg / kg BW, giving the maximum effect on decreased blood glucose levels. 摘要
摘要:本研究旨在探讨两种药物组合对甜草叶提取物乙醇和甜草叶乙醇提取物的影响,并对甜草叶乙醇提取物和甜草叶乙醇提取物的影响进行研究。降低雄性大鼠总胆固醇和血糖引起小鼠高胆固醇和链脲佐菌素,对小鼠无毒性作用,并测定了eds和EEDPW叶的剂量,可有效降低雄性大鼠总胆固醇和血糖水平。本研究采用后验随机对照组设计,采用后验随机对照组设计,共设8个处理组,每组5只实验动物。第一组(正常对照)。2组(阴性对照)给予0.5% w / v的nac - Na混悬液,3组(辛伐他汀混悬液)和(二甲双胍混悬液)。第4组给药150 mg / kg BW。第5组给予EEDPW 600 mg / kg BW。第6组给予(I) eedws、EEDPW 150 + 600 mg / kg BW的组合。第7组给予(II) eedws, EEDPW 75 + 300 mg / kg BW。结果表明:;刺蒺藜叶提取物和香兰王鸡中存在一种次级代谢物,EEDPW联合用药可降低总胆固醇和血糖水平,最有效剂量为降低刺蒺藜叶底浓度150 mg / kg BW。而最有效的剂量是(II) eed和EEDPW的组合,剂量为75 + 300 mg / kg体重,对降低血糖水平的效果最大。关键词:。高胆固醇饲料,链脲佐菌素,黄芪,黄芪,总胆固醇penurunkan kadar总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇,总胆固醇实验实验室,登干,孟古纳干,兰干干,penpentian modifikasi,后试验随机对照组设计,登干8,kelompok, perlakuan yang, terdiri dari, 5, ekor hewan uji。克龙波1号(对照正常)和克龙波2号(对照阴性)diberi suspensna CMC 0.5% b/v。Kelompok 3对照阳性(辛伐他汀悬浮液)和(二甲双胍悬浮液)。Kelompok 4二溴需氧量150毫克/公斤BB。Kelompok 5 diberiEEDPW 600 mg/kg BB。Kelompok 6 diberi kombinasi (I) eds, EEDPW 150+600 mg/kg BB。Kelompok 7 diberi kombinasi (II) eds, EEDPW 75+300 mg/kg BB。【结论】黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪、黄芪芪。Sedangkan的剂量是75+300 mg/kg BB,成员的剂量是75+300 mg/kg BB。Kata Kunci: Pakan Tinggi Kolesterol,链脲佐菌素,凤仙花L,香莲花,总胆固醇
