The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Motivation had a positive and significant effect on work spirit. The work environment had a positive and significant effect on work spirit, leadership had a positive and significant effect on work spirit.
