Journal sources used include Pubmed, Google Scholar, Elsevier, and ResearchGate.\nResults: The study results show that telemedicine and telehealth (or e-health systems) covering all health service providers that use information and communication technology for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of health services can become a preventive technology in the practice of medical tourism and medical wellness in Indonesia. This is because information and communication technology development can be an essential factor in realizing the successful development of medical tourism in Indonesia.\nConclusion: The reputation of Bali's tourism infrastructure in Indonesia and the ASEAN region is relatively well established. Growth in health and wellness travel due to improved infrastructure, tourist demand, the hospitality sector and a well-regulated business environment. 摘要目的:探讨预防技术:医疗保健对医疗旅游发展的影响。方法:本研究采用文献研究法,资料来源于国内外期刊。使用的期刊来源包括Pubmed, Google Scholar, Elsevier和ResearchGate。结果:研究结果表明,远程医疗和远程保健(或电子卫生系统)覆盖所有使用信息和通信技术进行诊断、治疗和预防卫生服务的卫生服务提供者,可以成为印度尼西亚医疗旅游和医疗保健实践中的一种预防性技术。这是因为信息和通信技术的发展可以成为实现印尼医疗旅游成功发展的重要因素。结论:巴厘岛的旅游基础设施在印度尼西亚和东盟地区的声誉相对较好。由于基础设施、旅游需求、酒店业改善以及商业环境监管良好,保健和保健旅游增长。然而,这种比较优势并不能保证巴厘岛能够在一个以游客偏好为竞争驱动力的世界中竞争。
