摘要
报告1例面神经瘤。进行性面瘫持续一年。虽然x线检查、CT和MR未显示病理发现，但经典的拓扑诊断导致乳突切除术，在此期间可以切除0.5 x 0.8 cm的神经瘤。用耳神经移植重建缺损，功能效果满意。
A case of facial neurinoma is reported. There was a progredient facial palsy persisting for one year.
