摘要

随着城市化的发展,车辆违章行为给城市交通带来了诸多问题。在本文中,我们实现了一个基于多个显著车辆部件的交通监控电子警察系统。用突出部分来表示车辆,通过卡尔曼滤波跟踪得到车辆的轨迹。首先,利用车牌、尾灯等多个突出部件的特征进行定位。然后利用这些部件进行车辆跟踪,利用卡尔曼滤波得到车辆的运动轨迹。最后,通过分析车辆行驶轨迹并配置不同的检测区域,实现交通违章检测。实验结果表明,该系统是有效的,能够在实际交通应用中达到实时性。
