One of the main important factors of the model is drug resistance that may lead to failure of the treatment. In this study, a mathematical model of tumor growth of melanoma cancer is proposed for mouse models. In the presented model, drug sensitivity and drug resistance are considered. Parameters of the model are estimated using experimental data measured of mouse models.
