摘要

通过概率模拟的方法,建立了金属喷射成形过程中大量金属液滴的统计模型。应用该模型对喷射成形过程中钢液的喷射过程进行了研究。基于上述计算,得到了不同尺寸金属液滴在喷射成形过程中的分布及其初始速度,以及不同尺寸液滴在喷射成形过程中的初始出现位置。在对大量金属液滴进行统计分析的基础上,详细定义了整个空间液滴的形成和运动,为进一步研究沉积平面内液滴沉积过程提供了前提和参考。
