In the paper, by using the IT2 FSs, an evaluation model is built and the Parallel System credibility is Calculated. Taking parallel Public Transportation System as an example, the paper utilizes the IT2 FSs to evaluate the credibility of Parallel System. In the case, defines passengers average waiting time as a parameter, its calculated result reflects the credibility of Parallel System. Parallel system credibility evaluation based on interval type-2 fuzzy sets
