It helps to make the strategies of competition of the regions and to accelerate the development of the regions. In the paper, we construct the evaluation index system for the region competitiveness of Shanxi province in China with local actual conditions on the basis of diamond theory. Then the classifications of individual region are determined by clustering algorithm. Finally, an alternative prediction and evaluation model for the region competitiveness of Shanxi province is created by using entropy computing and classification decision tree algorithm. 摘要

区域竞争力预测模型是对区域发展状况和优势的客观认识。这有助于制定区域竞争战略,加快区域发展。本文以钻石理论为基础,结合当地实际,构建了中国山西省区域竞争力评价指标体系。然后通过聚类算法确定各个区域的分类。最后,利用熵计算和分类决策树算法建立了山西省区域竞争力的替代预测与评价模型。在此基础上,提出了进一步提高山西省区域竞争力的对策。
