Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance.
