Market conditions

The paper substantiates the priority directions in state regulation of horticulture development on an innovative basis; the state regulation instruments that affect the increase of innovative activity in the agroindustrial complex are studied; there were developed some tools and mechanisms for state regulation of innovative develop ment of horticulture in market conditions, based on the need to provide the republic with fruit and berry products. The paper also proposed recommendations to improve the methodology for solving problems within economic analysis especially for hor ticultural enterprises of the agroindustrial complex. The results of this research can be applied in the development of targeted programs and socio-economic policy in the region, including strengthening of state regulation in the agroindustrial complex.
