RT-OMT adapts the OMT (Object Modeling Technique) methodology for this purpose. OMT is one of the more popular object-oriented methodologies for designing applications for complex information systems. These include database systems, executive/enterprise information systems, collaborative computing systems, medical information systems, and hypermedia systems.
