摘要
多诺哈霍村村落管理存在的主要问题是缺乏遵循良好组织治理原则的组织优化管理。具体而言,多诺哈霍村水库管理中存在的问题包括:1)缺乏专业管理Jetis Suruh水库的标准参考或指南;2)没有明确的组织架构;3)管理者的基本任务和职能缺失;4) Jetis Suruh大坝相关各项工作方案没有跟进(5)人力资源的缺乏使得那些需要善治的组织无法调动。在发现问题的基础上,开展了以下活动:编制治理指南的培训、形成权威和岗位描述的专题小组讨论、治理实施材料安排的专题讨论、培训导游及管理协助。这些活动的结果使Bumdes Desa Donoharjo的治理更加有效和高效。
