The procedure for solving a complex grounding system at overhead lines is further presented, with the manner of exact modelling of a real overhead power line. In the main part, by applying the already mentioned procedure on a real example of the transmission power line Bitola - Prilep through a developed application in MATLAB, the grounding system will be solved in case of short circuit on the towers.
