According to the two dimensions of knowledge management and balanced scorecard, 16 sub-class index categories are generated in this matrix and we use a simpler method of KSF (Key Success Factors) to filter specific indexes for each category and confirm the weight for each index. For analysis and application, we define a new concept of “index contribution rate” to evaluate the performance of knowledge management from different aspects and dimensions basing on the evaluation result matrix. 摘要

本文以平衡计分卡为基础,综合考虑知识管理和一般管理,构建了一个完整、系统的组织绩效评价指标矩阵,以全面评价组织的知识管理水平。根据知识管理和平衡计分卡两个维度,在该矩阵中生成了16个子类指标类别,并使用更简单的KSF (Key Success Factors)方法对每个类别的具体指标进行筛选,并确定每个指标的权重。为了分析和应用,我们定义了一个新的概念“指标贡献率”,以评价结果矩阵为基础,从不同的方面和维度来评价知识管理的绩效。本研究将为组织实施知识管理策略提供建议。
