The motor is required to operate fault-tolerant and maintain the original output capacity in the event of sudden operation faults, and stator winding inter-turn short-circuit fault (ITSCF) is a frequent fault. An automatic fault-tolerant permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for ITSCF is proposed to solve the problem of motor torque decline and three-phase current imbalance when ITSCF occurs. Aiming at this special motor, an inter-turn short circuit current detection method is proposed. This paper introduces a special structure of this motor. The short circuit current and number of turns are obtained by adding additional coils and analyzing the leakage magnetic circuit of the motor. 摘要
