摘要

针对传统的Buck-Boost拓扑存在输出电流纹波大、器件应力大、输入输出极性反等问题,本文提出了一种基于级联Boost-Buck的大功率激光二极管智能控制器。首先,智能控制器通过判断输入电压值,选择不同的工作模式,实现两个开关分别控制,保证了输出电流的稳定性,增加了算法的灵活性。然后定性地分析了相移角对Boost输出侧电压纹波的影响。最后,建立了仿真模型和实验平台,验证了智能控制器的可行性和有效性。
