Firstly, according to the meteorological conditions, the unit output model was set up. Under the established coordinated operation strategy, wind, solar and energy storage combined power generation system was taken into grid as power generation unit with rated capacity. Then, starting from aspects of technical and economic benefit, financial benefit and social benefit, it constructed a comprehensive economic benefit index system. A comprehensive evaluation model was established by combining the subjective and objective value assignment method. Finally, through the development of the evaluation system, it completed the output simulation run on the power generation unit, in addition, it conducted visual analysis and display on evaluation results of different capacity matching schemes. 摘要

本文研究并实现了一套风能、太阳能和储能联合发电机组经济运行评价体系。首先,根据气象条件,建立机组输出模型。在建立的协同运行策略下,将风能、太阳能和储能联合发电系统作为额定容量的发电机组并网发电。然后,从技术经济效益、财务效益和社会效益三个方面入手,构建了综合经济效益指标体系。采用主客观价值赋值相结合的方法,建立了综合评价模型。最后,通过对评估系统的开发,完成了在发电机组上的输出仿真运行,并对不同容量匹配方案的评估结果进行了可视化分析和显示。结果表明,该系统的研发可以结合风能、太阳能和储能联合发电技术的性能特点,形成符合规模化并网入口的发电机组经济运行评价模型,通过科学的流程,形成评价结果,并以多种图表形式进行展示,为研究人员提供决策支持。
