摘要

本研究以动机为中介变量,探讨组织文化和个人特质对职业发展的影响。本研究的对象是日惹市卫生局。本研究采用描述性研究,采用定量方法,总样本量为35名受访者。本研究结果表明:组织文化对激励有积极显著的影响,个人特征对激励有积极显著的影响,动机对职业发展有积极显著的影响,组织文化对职业发展有积极显著的影响,个人特征文化对职业发展有积极显著的影响,以动机为中介变量的组织文化对职业发展不存在显著的正向影响,以动机为中介变量的个体特征对职业发展不存在显著的正向影响。
