本文描述了在4.8-5.0 GHz频段上采用标准0.18 um CMOS技术实现四个集总元件正交耦合器。给出了布局寄生提取后的仿真结果,并与最坏角情况进行了比较。
Study of Quadrature Couplers for Reflection-Type Phase Shifters in CMOS Technology
