Aiming at solving the problem, an effective method of order-coil matching is to be proposed. This paper established a nonlinear integer programming model for the maximum order fulfillment rate or the maximum utilization of the coil. According to the characters of the model, an adaptive genetic algorithm based on the heuristic repair strategy was proposed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm were verified based on actual production data. This study will improve the timely delivery capability of enterprise; be helpful to address the liquidity shortage, occupiers and other issues which are caused by the large number of unallocated coils. 摘要

有效地利用剩余盘管对钢管生产企业具有十分重要的意义。针对这一问题,提出了一种有效的有序线圈匹配方法。本文建立了最大订单完成率和最大线圈利用率的非线性整数规划模型。根据模型的特点,提出了一种基于启发式修复策略的自适应遗传算法。最后,基于实际生产数据验证了所提算法的可行性和有效性。本研究将提高企业的及时交付能力;有助于解决因大量未分配盘管而导致的流动性短缺、占用等问题。结果表明,将有效减少卷管浪费,为该类企业带来可观的经济效益
