目前国内对城市综合体业态比例的研究多集中在单一功能业态上,较少从不同业态之间的互动关系角度展开研究。本文通过对交通旅游等各类混业态产品的分析,充分考虑多因素综合效应,结合苏州市的实际情况,进行实证研究,试图探索城市非核心区域交通旅游融合产品的选址点、业态比例和空间发展策略。为城市非核心区域交通旅游融合产品的高质量发展提供新的发展思路。
