Meanwhile, due to the leakage inductance of BIT, not only turn-ON state for MOSFETS at zero current switching (ZCS) performace is provided but also ZCS turn-OFF state for all diodes is achieved.. Thus, reverse recovery problem of the power diodes is attenuated. Accroding to the above-mentioned advantages, the proposed converter is an interesting solution for high power applications. 摘要
