摘要

通过阅读文献，对国内外高等院校实验室管理的现状进行了描述。基于生命周期分析的概念，对我国四所高校仪器设备的购置、使用、维护和报废情况进行了调查。并对科研基础设施管理的利弊进行了归纳分析。本文以浙江大学宁波理工学院土木工程实验中心为例，对该校现有的土木工程实验中心管理方案提出改进措施。
