الاحتیاجات التدریبیة لأمناء وأمینات المکتبات فی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات بمنطقة مکة المکرمة Training Needs of Male and Female Librarians in Handicapped Customer Service at Mecca Zone

هدفت الدراسة الکشف عن الاحتیاجات التدریبیة لأمناء وأمینات المکتبات فی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات بمنطقة مکة المکرمة وذلک فی الجوانب التالیة (التربوی – خدمات المعلومات – التقنی)، التعرف على إذا ما کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة فی درجة تقدیر الاحتیاجات التدریبیة لأمناء وأمینات المکتبات فی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات تعزى إلى متغیرات (الجنس و المؤهل العلمی و التخصص وسنوات الخبرة والحصول على دورات تدریبیة فی مجال التعامل مع المعوقین)، و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفی المسحی،  وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جمیع أمناء وأمینات مکتبات مراکز رعایة المعوقین التابعة لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعیة،  ومکتبات معاهد المعوقین والمدارس التی تضم برامج التربیة الخاصة التابعتان لوزارة التربیة والتعلیم،  بمنطقة مکة المکرمة، والبالغ عددهم ثلاثة وخمسون أمین وأمینة مکتبة،  وکانت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البیانات المتعلقة بالدراسة، وتم تحلیلها عبر الطرق الإحصائیة المتبعة، وکان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة:أن مستوى الاحتیاجات التدریبیة التربویة لأمناء وأمینات المکتبات فی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات بمنطقة مکة المکرمة کان بدرجة عالیة، أن مستوى الاحتیاجات التدریبیة المتعلقة بخدمات المعلومات لأمناء وأمینات المکتبات فی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات بمنطقة مکة المکرمة کان بدرجة عالیة، أن مستوى الاحتیاجات التدریبیة المتعلقة بالتقنیة لأمناء وأمینات المکتباتفی مجال خدمة المستفیدین ذوی الإعاقات بمنطقة مکة المکرمة کان بدرجة عالیة جدا. The aims of the study:Discovering the demanded training needs for the libraries` keepers in the field of serving the disabled users in Makkah according to these aspects (educational - information services – technical( Recognizing if there are statistical  differences in defining the training needs necessary for the libraries` keepers  in the field of serving the disabled users  which are related to  (gender  - qualifications  - field of study  - years of experience  - training courses in the field of dealing with the disabled ). Methodology:The surveying descriptive method،  has been use and the category of the study consists of  all of the libraries` keepers،  the disabled care centers  related to the ministry of the social affairs،  the libraries of the disabled colleges and the schools which include the programs of the special education related to the ministry of education in ‎ Makkah  with their numbers  (153 ) keepers. Moreover،  the researcher adopts the questionnaire as a tool to gather information related to the study،  and then analyzing it according to the followed statistical methods.  Results: The results show that the level of the educational training needs for the libraries` keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎ Makkah was very high. The results show that the level of the training needs in the aspect of the information services for the libraries` keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎ Makkah was very high. The results show that the level of technical training needs for the libraries` keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎ Makkah ‎was very high.
