Although all three concepts mentioned in the body literature have been researched with various variables or with each other, the number of studies on the relationship between these variables is insufficient. Furthermore, there was no study that examined these three variables together in the body literature. Therefore, it is thought that the results of the research will make an important contribution to the body literature. The sample of the study consists of factories operating in the manufacturing sector in Ankara, Balıkesir and Uşak.
