COWORKING CENTER AS A NEW TYPE OF LABOR ORGANIZATION

В работе рассмотрены теоретические основы понятия «коворкинг», проанализировано наличие гибких пространств. Проведен анализ рынка коворкингов, построен прогноз темпов роста на ближайшие годы и выявлены предпосылки развития. Авторы подтверждают рост числа гибких офисных пространств в ближайшие два года. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of the concept of "coworking", analyzes the presence of flexible spaces. The analysis of the coworking market is carried out, the forecast of growth rates for the next years is constructed and prerequisites of development are revealed. The authors confirm the growth of the number of flexible office spaces in the next two years.
