High Cliff City Branch Pawnshop). The population in this study is all CUSTOMERS of PT. High Cliff Branch Pawnshop. In determining the sample, the slovin formula was used with the purposive sampling technique, the sample taken was 91 respondents. The analysis tool in this study was data processing using the help of IBM SPSS 25.0 0 for windows. The results of hypothesis testing use the t test (Partial) and to test the intervening variables of researchers using the path analysis method. 摘要

本研究以满意度为中介变量,探讨先前经验与信任对顾客忠诚的影响(以高崖城典当行为例)。本研究的人群均为PT. High Cliff Branch当铺的顾客。在确定样本时,采用有目的抽样技术,采用斯洛文公式,抽样91人。本研究的分析工具是使用IBM SPSS 25.0 for windows进行数据处理。假设检验结果采用t检验(偏),研究人员的干预变量采用通径分析方法进行检验。从这个测试可以得出结论,基于假设1的结果的分析可以看出,t count (3.584) > t表(1.662),同样的意义价值0.001 < 0.05就可以得出结论,说Erima的第一个假设,即经验变量(X1)对满意度的影响变量(Z),假设2可以知道t count (22.258) > t表(1.662),且显著性值为0.000 < 0.05,则可以认为第二个假设被接受。
