摘要

考虑到水下信息网络中小型电力设备的电源模块简单、稳定、可靠,在海底光缆恒流电源的基础上,设计研究了带稳压二极管的电能转换方法。建立了稳压二极管串联、并联、串并联、并串联四种连接方式的数学模型,推导了可靠性计算公式。仿真结果表明,通过选择最优稳压二极管数量,每种连接方式都能获得最高的可靠性。在实际应用中,可以综合考虑不同连接方式的可靠性和所需器件的数量,选择最合适的电能转换方式。
