摘要

本文采用多级威尔金森结构设计了一种频率范围为2GHz ~ 8GHz的超宽带功率分配器。利用ADS和HFSS软件对功率分配器进行仿真和优化。制作了功率分压器样机并进行了测试,仿真结果与分压器测试结果基本吻合。实验结果表明,在工作频段内,插入损耗小于3.5 dB,端口回波损耗小于-15dB,隔离度大于20 dB,具有优异的性能。

Design of an ultra-wideband power divider
An UWB power divider with the frequency range from 2GHz to 8GHz is designed by using multi-class Wilkinson structure in this paper.
