摘要

本文模拟了双轴空心光束与高斯光束组合后的远、近场强分布和光束质量。仿真结果表明,两轴间距、两束相位差等参数会影响组合光束的强度分布,特别是空心光束与高斯光束之间的相位差可以将远场强度分布转变为准空心分布或峰形分布,具有很大的工业应用潜力。
