This phenomenon demands new treatments and care for the maintenance of good health, considering aging as a natural physiological process in people's lives. However, many seniors do not understand these recommendations and need specific health care, which leads health professionals to demand research and consequent understandings of this important phase of human life. This study aimed to study the presence of noncommunicable chronic diseases and the polymedication in elderly mild depression, with little impairment of their functional and cognitive abilities. They present good quality of life, considering the physical, psychological, social and the environment. 摘要
