The grid needs to have planning and expanding solutions to maximize the exploitation of benefits of renewable energy as well as to ensure stable operation of the power system. This paper examines the optimal cost of investment and operation of the Vietnamese transmission system based on the techno-economic model taking into account a high penetration of wind and solar power in the future. The simulated 500kV system includes 80 buses for calculating operation and investment costs of the system and providing the optimal solution. The result of the optimization shows the total power of renewable energy installed at each bus; the load flow on each line satisfy constraints such as energy balance, transmission limitation and system reserve. 摘要

近年来,可再生能源发展迅速,已成为越南电力系统的重要组成部分。电网需要有规划和可扩展的解决方案,以最大限度地利用可再生能源的效益,并确保电力系统的稳定运行。考虑到未来风能和太阳能的高渗透率,本文在技术经济模型的基础上研究了越南输电系统的最佳投资和运营成本。仿真500kV系统包括80个母线,用于计算系统的运行成本和投资成本,并给出最优方案。优化结果为每辆客车安装的可再生能源总功率;每条线路上的潮流都满足能量平衡、传输限制和系统储备等约束。研究结果为可再生能源日益普及的越南电力系统的未来规划提供了参考资料。
