摘要

机械产品的数字化设计很大程度上依赖于现有设计知识的重用。提出了一种基于本体的数字化设计过程知识管理方法和重用方法。根据机械产品数字化设计过程的特点和设计过程中知识复用的特点,探讨了设计知识管理的通用技术。该方法将数字化设计任务分为两种基本类型:结构设计和参数化设计。设计任务与其关联知识(设计案例、设计规则、设计标准和手册)之间的关系用本体模型表示。通过根据设计阶段的当前场景查找链接知识,从而有效地定位和检索相关的知识项。以滚线板的数字化设计过程为例说明了所提出的方法。
