摘要

缺陷评估是行业监管、安全监控和信息系统等风险控制领域的重要研究课题。针对汽车缺陷评估中语言描述难以量化、评估过程主观性强、数据源单一等问题,提出了基于多源数据的汽车缺陷评估方法。给出了基于多源数据的缺陷评价指标,并利用模糊隶属函数将语言描述转化为数值。运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。在此基础上,提出了基于Audit方法的5个缺陷等级,完成了对车辆缺陷的评估。本文以中国的数据为例,对车辆缺陷进行了评估,结果验证了该方法的有效性。
