摘要

根据主动配电网能够主动控制和管理分布式能源的特点,提出了一种主动配电网重构方法。由于可再生能源驱动的分布式发电功率具有随机性,本文将可控负荷功率和电能存储功率作为可控值,并考虑V2G(车对网)的影响,建立多目标优化模型。基于图论知识,提出了一种包含孤岛划分的重构策略,并采用Prim算法和混沌粒子群算法的混合算法对模型进行求解,优化重构方案。基于IEEE 33节点配电网的仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
