On the basis of the current legislation, the concepts of “monitoring”, “law enforcement monitoring” have been analyzed; the organizational and management goal of law enforcement monitoring has been determined; the goal, objectives, signs, subjects and content of law enforcement monitoring have been determined; the law enforcement monitoring system has been analyzed. Law enforcement monitoring is regarded as a large-scale and effective instrument for improving the legal system, providing a complex effect on its main elements to create the most competitive and adapted model of state power and legal regulation.","PeriodicalId":275116,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Notes of V.
