摘要

采用磁性无损检测装置MagStar对含铁素体和奥氏体的双相不锈钢(SS2205)进行了电磁表征。通过对钢进行适当的热处理,产生不同体积分数的相,证明了该装置的效率。热处理后的SS2205钢试样的磁性参数与显微组织参数具有良好的相关性。热处理钢的磁巴克豪森辐射的磁通密度和磁均方根电压随铁素体含量的增加而线性增加。
