This paper describes the design of a telemedicine system based on a high linearity Ku-band transmitter module that can improve the capacity (data rate) as well as increased the propagation distance. The module operates between 13 ∼ 15.5 GHz and achieves 25 dB of gain and 33 dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression.
