We applied a checklist for four web applications to assure that using 25 tools helps to deliver a great user experience. 50% of them showed more maturity, which was also reflected in the usability and user satisfaction metrics. Moreover, we tested the model on an ecommerce website which showed 38% of maturity during the beginning.
