摘要

本文提出了一种利用太赫兹频段方形晶格光子晶体微腔高阶简并谐振模式的双模带通滤波器。为了设计光子晶体高q微腔,首先采用平面波展开法计算光子带隙色散关系。其次,利用简化的TD-BPM和全波FDTD对光子晶体波导、微腔和所提出的双模滤波器在太赫兹应用中的传输特性进行了数值研究。

This paper presents a new dual-mode bandpass filter using higher-order degenerate resonant modes of a square lattice photonic crystal microcavity in terahertz frequency band. In order to design a photonic crystal high-Q microcavity, the dispersion relations of photonic bandgap are firstly calculated by using the plane wave expansion method.
