Macroscopically visible myocardial infarctions were detected with both methods clearly. The damage pattern was associated to the type of destruction. 摘要

采用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法观察心源性死亡(心肌梗死、冠状动脉血栓形成、冠状动脉硬化)病例。采用HE、LFB、CAB组化染色法,免疫组化法检测Desmin、myhemoglobin、Fibrinogen和补体C5b-9蛋白。两种方法均能清晰地检测到肉眼可见的心肌梗死。破坏模式与破坏类型有关。心肌梗死时病变为局灶性,其他组弥散性更强。
