How to improve the use of electric energy has become a great challenge. Recently, the emergence of Integrated Energy System (IES) improves the utilization rate of electric energy and realizes the harmonious complementation of multiple electric energy, including consuming and absorbing distributed photovoltaics (DPs). However, the fluctuations in the output power generated by the DP will harm the production scheduling of the IES. How to suppress the fluctuations of the DP has become a problem that must be considered. For the IES of gas and electricity areas with renewable resources, this article creates a solid IES model for gas and electricity areas to improve the operation economy by taking the fixed system cost as the objective function (OF), and the fluctuating cost of power engineering (PE) is considered comprehensively, and the cost of the natural environment. In the OF, the tube bundle is merged, and the CPLEX solver is used to solve the difficulties.
