摘要

本文提出了一种基于Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)的光体积脉搏波(PPG)信号分析算法。实际上,PPG是非线性非平稳信号,适合HHT方法实现精确分解的能力。采用集成经验模态分解(EEMD)算法将时间序列数据分解为内禀模态函数(IMF)。本研究提出了一种基于EEMD方法的瞬时脉率变异性(iPRV)测量方法,用于分析含有心律成分的IMF5的甚高频(0.4 ~ 0.9 hz)。
