摘要

本文分析了两种有色金属材料的车削参数。试验材料为黄铜CuZn39Pb3和铝合金aw6060。使用京瓷车刀和WNMG 080404 AH板制作样品。测试了三个参数:转速,进给量和切削深度在三个变化水平上。选取粗糙度参数Ra和Rz进行分析。结果表明,加工时的进给对粗糙度的影响最大,而深度和切削速度的变化对粗糙度的影响不显著。
