摘要

本研究旨在考察分析形象、大学、讲师能力和服务质量对学生满意度和忠诚度的直接影响。本研究亦以学院形象、讲师能力、服务品质为中介变量,检视与分析其对学生满意度与学生忠诚度的间接影响。本研究的样本为USNI学生,采用简单随机抽样和有目的抽样的方法。样本标准是学习了至少4个学期的学生。分析的变量为大学形象、讲师能力与服务质量、满意度与忠诚度。方法和分析工具是扫描电镜和通径分析。
