The model (phantom head) of a dissipative object representing and simulating electromagnetic properties of human head tissue in the GSM frequency band has been made. Dielectric properties of the phantom head have been measured. A GSM mobile phone antenna and GSM base station antenna were approximated with dipole antennas and adjusted to GSM frequency band.
