分析了科技投入产出效率的内涵和特征。采用基于主成分分析的特征选择方法,建立了科技投入产出效率评价指标体系。利用数据包络分析模型对各省科技投入产出效率进行了计算和评价。分析了我国科技投入与产出的现状。提出了提高科技投入产出效率的对策和建议。
